In an effort to assist in the replacement of non-conforming 15 passenger vans and to comply with SC Jacob's Law, the State of SC has awarded a State Contract for the Thomas Built Buses Minotour Type "A" school bus. The Thomas Minotour is available with seating from 15 passenger (14 + driver) up to 29 children or 20 adults and there are many options to choose from. The State Contract pricing is available for any public or private entity in South Carolina.
